HURRICANE winds of more than 50mph ripped through Trafford on Tuesday – bringing down a tree and damaging four cars in Queen’s Road, Hale.
The extreme weather also blocked the entrance to two houses as the borough felt the tail end of Hurricane Gonzalo.
Sale also suffered a battering, with fallen trees blocking Old Hall Road as the storm struclk.
