SALE based disability charity, Stockdales, which supports people with severe disabilities, raised £12,000 for its funds when it raised its annual ball.

The event was hosted by BBC Radio Manchester’s Becky Want at The Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel in Manchester. The charity welcomed more than 140 guests. including Key 103’s Darren Proctor.

Guests enjoyed a champagne reception followed by a three course dinner, raffle and auction with entertainment from nine piece soul band, Souled as Seen. Auction prizes included sports hospitality packages, holidays and breaks away along with afternoon tea and a specially hosted tour of the House of Lords.
