Suspected arson incident at Timperley chip shop
A FIRE broke out at a Timperley chip shop last night in what was a suspected arson attack.
At 9.35pm, firefighters were called to a chip shop on Grove Lane and discovered the back of a shop and fence panels were alight.
The firefighters had to break into the premises to extinguish the fire. No-one was injured.
Police are investigating the incident and treating it as a suspected deliberate fire.
