Hale personal trainer Sarah Nixon Carr will be treating shoppers to a quick fire burn and tone session on Friday, from 12-1pm, and at the same time on Saturday, shoppers can stretch and unwind in an Ashtanga Yoga Session.

On Sunday, from 12.30-1.30pm, Sweaty Betty will be putting shoppers to the ultimate fitness test, with prizes up for grabs, in their plank-off competition.

Alderley Edge-based studio Barrecore will be offering a taste of the low-impact, full-body interval training at the store on Friday and Saturday, from 2-3pm, and Sunday, at 2.30pm-3.30pm.

Manchester-born Jim Bag, which is changing the face of the ‘gym kit’, will be showing shoppers how to use your own gym kit as gym equipment on Friday and Saturday 4-5pm, and Sunday 4.30-5.30pm. Their luxe sports bags are also up for grabs.

Not forgetting the little ones, Baby Ballet will be giving pre-schoolers the chance to dance and learn moves through play. Classes are on Friday and Saturday, 10.30-11.30am, and Sunday 11.30am-12.30pm.

Free runners will also be showing off their skills throughout the weekend, with performances daily at 1pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 5.30pm.

For the clean-living foodies, The Garden will be setting up a Raw Dessert Bar and Alkaline Water station at the store and there will also be a Press Juice Bar all weekend.
