An "Instagrammable" fro-yo firm founded by a couple is coming to the area in time for the May Bank Holiday.

Frurt Sale is coming to Washway Road at the end of this month on a 600-square-foot site opposite the Co-Op.

Founded in 2010 by the couple Syed and Shaza Hassan the "Instagrammable" fro-yo firm offers a range of award-winning sweet treats including frozen yoghurt with a range of toppings as well as shakes, smoothies and other drinks from four Greater Manchester sites across the city centre, Bolton and Bury and two additional sites in Blackburn, East Lancashire, and Batley, West Yorkshire.

All of the sites are decked out in their own designs with Frurt Sale to feature green booths, green counters and LED signage according to Mr and Mrs Hassan.

Mr Hassan said: "We cannot wait to welcome the people of Sale to our store. We look forward to building connections and becoming a part of the community."

The firm encourages its employees, of which there are 10 at Frurt Sale, to engage in initiatives like litter-picking.

Mr Hassan said: "Since 2010, our mission has been to create a perfect frozen yoghurt experience. As we continue to expand, including plans for international growth and franchising, we remain committed to the values that have brought us success."

Frurt Sale is coming at the end of this month. It is open 12pm to 10pm.
