FLIXTON Cricket Club's first team have reached the quarter finals of the Greater Manchester Cricket League Archway T20 Cup.
Flixton Fire's first win came at home in an emphatic triumph against The Roe Green Renegades.
Luke Perry scored 80 to help Flixton win by 16 runs.
Next in the line of fire was Swinton Super Kings and Flixton scored a massive 234 against Swinton's 118.
In their final group game Flixton fought off Winton Warriors.
Winton set a measly target of 97 with Flixton knocking it off in just 11 overs.
Marlon Welcome-Goodman, from Barbados, scored 51 not out to aid Flixton's victory.
In the quarter-finals, Flixton Fire have been drawn at home against Unsworth Dragons.
The match is due to take place on Friday, July 8 at the club's Lawrence Road base, starting at 6pm.
There will be music, a barbecue and a bar open to all on the night.
